For best results, follow these simple instructions:How to make perfect YORKSHIRE PUDS - 1/ Pre-heat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7. 2/ Empty the contents into a mixing bowl and add 220ml of cold water and a medium egg. 3/ Whisk thoroughly until smooth. 4/ Add a little oil into a Yorkshire pudding tin containing 12 compartments. 5/ Heat the tin on the top shelf of the oven until the oil is sizzling hot. 6/ Pour the batter into the hot fat and return to the top shelf of the oven. 7/ Bake for 20-30 minutes until well risen and golden. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN UNLESS REALLY NECESSARY - YOU MUST RETAIN THE TEMPERATURE AS STATED THUS ENSURING WELL RISEN AND FLUFFY YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS!How to make perfect PANCAKES: 1/ Empty the contents into a mixing bowl. 2/ Add 250ml cold water and 1 medium egg. 3/ Whisk until smooth. 4/ Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Thinly cover the base of the frying pan (about 4 tbsp.) with batter. 5/ Quickly cook, turn over (or toss!) and cook the other side until golden.
